For those of you who were not able to make it out to the Ad-Hoc Meeting, yesterday, I have scanned all of the handouts (the presentation on Manufacturing, Nursery & Lab and the 1st draft of the ordinance) and placed them into a public Google Folder.
Intending to submit an application? You should consider getting started on the following:
1. Writing your business plan
2. Creating your business structure(s) & getting Bylaws or Operating Agreements written
3. Talking to a Real Estate Agent about locating a space in the appropriate zoning
4. Get a jump start on your CUP application by meeting with a CEQA specialist and Architect to determine best location for your premise, planning department needs and CEQA requirements for your location.
We will be offering full business management, partial business management and educational services for the permitting and licensing process.
